This project aims to improve competence of our pre-school education staff in music education. Namely; As a result of surveys made in our school, the majority of our teachers apply the rhythm, audio listening and discrimination, moving with the music, creative movement and dance studies, audotory perception, creation of musical tales studies in the classroom, but teachers have emerged difficulties experienced in the application of this work Therefore, by tackling the main problems encountered in the implementation of music education in our school, laid down approaches should be followed for the solution of the problem, our teachers and staff has decided to participate elementer music based on Orff and movement education summer courses in abroad at Schulwerk Approach Framework. Because music in art education with a size of pre-school education has a very important place . In this context, our 6 staff (4 teachers + 2 staffs ) education and training in order to attend the course is planned for Austria and Finland in 10 days for professional development . Held In Finland – Valkeala and Austria - Salzbur International "Elementary Music and Pedagogy " basic training our staff who will attend to the technical 10 days to get it plans to work with the most professional teachers and teams to achieve the quality we desire in our project with this training . Orff approach in music education of our project , which will open the way for widespread use in Sinop , will be carried out Austria, Finland and Turkey co-operation. The activities of our project that is expected to start n June 2015 and continue for 12 months are as follows; PROJECT PREPARATION ACTIVITIES: The project team and office will be established within in our school. TRAVEL OPERATIONS: Operations comprises passport, visa, flights, transfers, accommodation activities for Austria and Finland travels. The project team will research related to detection of places to visit and which vehicle to transfer and they will organize the booking form by using the Internet. They will learn about destination country and place in the history of geographical location, climatic conditions and the food cultures. Travel insurance , setting of the hotel. road preparations will be done, e -booking system will be used for accommodation. ACTIVITIES OF THE COURSE: The course of time, place and content will investigate details of the education we want to get. By writing Internet via mail to communicate to the other part and the necessary correspondence will be carried out on the internet. EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: Our teachers by creating a music workshop at the school after the courses attended abroad will add to the educational process students at the school this information, and the first stage they will provide music training with utensils that they can develop their musical potentials (on Orff teaching approach) A solo team of 40 people will be created during in-school training. Then an activity will be organized named ‘Solo Sounds from the Kitchen and Percussion Concert’ . Activities previously Ankara German Cultural Center and Sinop Culture and Tourism Association at the invitation from Berlin Nadish Greene & kuckhermannduo will be invited again by our school and giving a solo concert with our students will be provided. PUBLICITY AND VISIBILITY ACTIVITIES: Web site for the dissemination of the project will be established , facebook and twitter accounts to be opened , brochures, booklets , invitations will be printed and used in the local press. Visibility materials will be determined by the national agencies comply with the rules . REPORTING ACTIVITIES: Project Interim and Final Reports will be submitted to our national agency with supporting documents prepared in detail by our project team. All secretarial tasks to be performed under the project will be kept on file in our project office. As a result of these activities, our teachers and staff to recognize the Elementary Music and Movement Education and they wil have ability to win consciousness and basic hardward to use Orff` pedagogical ideas as contents and methods in music lessons. In the long term our childred can use in coordination with their different senses , speaking , singing , playing , converting and so on., perform variety of behaviors as intricate, make creative and original musical works, increase the concentration of individual qualification and will have the opportunity to develop the habit of working together. Therefore Orff - Schulwerk` Our difference whether the educational system of the pedagogical value of preparing the ground for embedding in to cover all kindergartens in Sinop Orff Music Education System, the individual who has the right of every child creativity, confidence in our country and secured in the cases recognize their limits will be able to train much more balanced personality .
