The project "Oracle+" is a youth workers mobility, established in the cooperation between the two organizations active in the youth field - Rato-ADCC (Portugal) and Kobiety.lodz.pl (Poland). Its objectives: building a long term well-based partnership, and exploring new project opportunities - will be accomplished by the transfer of experience and good practices. This transfer of knowledge and competences will be supported by the observation and job shadowing period in Rato-ADCC, carried out by the youth worker of Kobiety.lodz.pl (the participant of the project). The mobility activities will be mutually beneficial, as the participant will gain the necessary skills and competences for her future career prospects - working in the field of youth creativity and entrepreneurship. Main activities of the mobility will include: *training activities in ICT *involvement in project methodology for social work *assistance in the preparation of the Oracle+ workshop *dissemination of its results in different group of youngsters. In the long-term perspective, this project aims to increase awareness regarding the importance of mobility programmes like Erasmus+, and the importance of active participation of youngsters through European opportunities – among the youth of the local communities of the partnership organizations.
