The project aim is to introduce the school and its teaching in an European and global framework to enhance and improve the skills related to the English language teaching and the adoption of new metodologies in order to provide an education with open horizons and quality.We hope that through this project we'll be able to design and agree on a document ( school plan) to teach languages in an integrated comprehensive way using innovative methodologies.As a result, the school hopes that this teacher training will provide to the teachers skills to give a greater response to the challenge of education in the current framework of our country. Also this training should affect our students and their learning process.We expect the participation of 4 teachers in the training project. They are teachers of early education and primary with concerns of improving their linguistic and methodological competence, committed to improving the quality of teaching and learning of languages. The long-term impact of our training project will result in the promotion and knowledge of the English language as a basic and indispensable tool in the overall education of our students and proper implementation of the curricula prescribed by the "Conselleria de educación" and the Ministry of Education. Our priorities are:Improvement of the linguistic competence of teachers.Improvement in CLIL methodology and emotional education. Improvement of the use of ICT for teaching a foreign language.We intend that this training will impact directly in the center as follows:We hope to agree and implement an integrated language processing methodology in the center.It is expected that teachers involved and engaged in teaching both linguistic and non-linguistic areas, improve and refresh their skills and gain more confidence.We hope to improve the teaching-learning process in languages with the intention of being a leading center in the teaching of languages and use of innovative methodologies.We try to help our students acquire a European dimension in their learning. To continue promoting it the participation of our teachers on activities promoted internationally is necessary. In relation to the objectives of the curriculum, learning foreign languages becomes more significant because not only the teacher is able to convey linguistic and cultural knowledge learned directly from the country of origin.Thanks to the exchange of experiences between teachers from different countries working with foreign languages, our teachers improve their classroom organization, its methodology in languages and their ability to work with pupils with special educational needs.languages.
