During the current project there will be a traineeship of two kindergarten teachers in a partner organization. The participants are selected according to their training needs. The project activities will grow motivation and provide valuable experience, while improving professional skills and knowledge abroad, widening participants' horizons, developing openness, communicational and cooperational skills and independence, initiative and self-confidence will be raised. Mobility provides an important experience of participating in a foreign language environment and improving language skills. The participants' mobility objectives and learning outcomes are set according to their training plan and individual training needs. The main objective of the project: Support the development of project participants' key skills (communication in foreign languages, digital competence, ability to learn, personal, intercultural, social and civic competence, initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness) through mobility. The aims of the project are based on the development plans and priorities of the kindergarten, and the current problems of basic education. The project aims to increase participants' professionalism and ensure the quality of the learning process. Based on the cross analysis (SWOT analysis) of the development plan of kindergarten Krõll in Kilingi-Nõmme, the main objectives of the kindergarten's development in the period of 2014-2017 are supporting the professional development of the personnel through participation in international projects/networks and the maximal usage of IT possibilities in educational work and also communication within the kindergarten, as well as outside it. The project supports one of the objectives set in the development plan of kindergarten Krõll in Kilingi-Nõmme: Using IT technology. The aforementioned objective has been pointed out in the development plan for the years of 2014-2017 of kindergarten Krõll in Kilingi-Nõmme. To ensure high quality and targeted mobility, the coordinator in collaboration with teachers and management has set the time period, target group and learning outcomes of the planned mobility. The coordinator took into account the set learning outcomes and searched for an appropriate host organization and signed mobility agreements with the content, timing, objectives and educational outcomes, which set mutual obligations for the partner organizations. Learning outcomes and objectives will be reviewed again before the mobility and the collaboration with the host and sending partner will be acknowledged. The participants will enhance their professional and career skills and apply them in practice in the labour market. While planning the learning outcomes and targets of the mobility, compliance with the requirements of the current labour market has also been taken into account. The participants of mobility will bring to heir home kindergarten, the city and the region's employers updated knowledge, skills and experience, which will be implemented in their work. Participating in mobility will help to acquire diverse professional skills, innovative techniques and methods. After returning, the participants will implement and share their knowledge and experience. Through information events and media, the participants will share their knowledge and experience with their colleagues, so the overall quality of basic education in the whole country will indirectly improve. The project will develop international cooperation and participation in cooperation networks.
