The duration of the program was 24 months and it's main objectives were been planned jointly with all the participants. All the benefits and knowledge obtained in the program we be shared with the school's staff at the end of each activity. Each of the participant teachers were fully responsible for doing that. Also the Education Department of the City of Helsinki requires participants to report on the activities in their website Reppu. The staff training and mobility aimed at improving the quality of the teaching in our school. We hope to have more knowledge and practical tools to face the challenges that new web-based final exams and curricula in Upper Secondary Schools create in the future. Our school became more international and our students became more active as European citizens.
