Operational adult education promotes European education and labor mobility Necessary education and labor mobility in Europe can be organized and prepared, monitored and implemented through adult education . The learning visits in Latvia , Romania, Poland and the UK will have the content , how adult education can motivate ( 1) citizens for participation in educational opportunities in other EU countries and (2) how adult education can support citizens, to get an (possibly temporary) employment in another EU country. Apart from other questions organizational and management tasks will be discussed, as well as cost situation and funding opportunities. Educational staff in adult education will have concrete assistance and recommendations for action through the mobilities. Other pilot projects shall be pushed . Participants are: 40 People : Staff adult education / Faculty and temporary freelance staff. Sending country will be Germany. Learning objectives are: - Adult education in the host country and their international networking - To know about support for participants, who want to go abroad for learning and employment - To work common on innovative approaches for education and labor mobility. - Recognize importance, to consider questions about the organization, financing and management - Develop international exemplary projects Impact and dissemination : The mobility participants recognize , that pan-European education and labor mobility can be encouraged by adult education institutions and they become motivated for further engagement. Their important role as multipliers is aware. Target groups of the dissemination are all adult education institutions, which want to develop their learning and assistance offer in this area and seek partnerships with similar initiatives in Europe .
