The Open your mind project is organized by The Romanian Institute of Youth Development with , and has the aim to develope entrepreneurial skills in the field of sustainable development among 42 participants of 6 countries. Objectives: - to stimulate creativity, and innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the targetedin young people targeted during the development of the project. - to create a framework for collaboration between the six partner organizations, in order to exchange knowledge and best practice examples in areas such as entrepreneurship and sustainable development -to promote promotion equity and social cohesion that combateing unemployment among the 42 participants for a period of one year. -to establishestablishing a network of partnerships for to stimulate young people to get involved about their involvement in the social and economic life of the community, to meet the specific needs related to entrepreneurship specifically in the field of sustainable development. The mobility will take place in Romania, in the city of Timisoara, in 2016. In terms of sources and methods, this project will use have various methods of non formal education. The focus will be to assimilate the knowledge and attitudes of youth entrepreneurship in sustainable development through creative methods such as group work, role play, simulations, discussions with local entrepreneurs. In order to achieve the objectives, participants will be asked able to: reflect on their community, on whatich are opportunities that can benefit them, on what it means to be young and to take the initiative to know the culture and traditions of the participating countries; to share experiences on entrepreneurship and involvement in the communities to which they belong; to share knowledge and different methods, knowledge in sustainable development and entrepreneurship in this area.
