Malmi area needs more social support. Unemployment is 12,8% and from that more than 30% is long term unemployment. Many children are thinking that they will stay their whole life in Malmi because they have never been anywhere else.This youth change group have done much work for that summer change from beginning of May 2014 (arrange Discos, selling food, candies, detergent etc), but they have earn only little money. Also they made program for dog poop collection in exhibition center on dog show. The group have taken basically any job that they got offered and it shows that they are very motivated for this project. They have order documents for that youth change and they are very hopefully y that they will get trip to Hungary. There are some alcohol and drug problems in area so we try to give better choice for life and try to educate them as European youth. This group is a street dance group and wants to have this project using dance as a tool. Our partners from Hungary and Turkey have a media group and a art group. Our theme is "ONE CULTURE" and our goal is to find “common culture” in this project. We all in our groups are having activity, which we are responsible for: Dancing, Media and Crafting. We will use our skills in this project as a tool and create an art from topics of prejudice. Topics : - avoid stereotype thinking - building tolerance- non formal learning - art, media and dance- young people learn to take responsibility, raise money for the project- young people learn to co-operate regardless of culture differences- learning to document activities and sharing their experiences with other youth- planning the project from practical to artistic issues- family values- youngsters life`s and the difference between other countries - learn different and the differences in our cultures Impact:we are making a documentry video of this project where we have group conversations, activities, video diary, short video stories. We have a strong skilled media group that provide us editing skills, video skills. We will make an video of this project that includes short story films of prejudice and stereotype thinking.
