Travskolan Wången AB offer a three year gymnasium within the area of trotting or icelandic horse. Each year 30 pupils are admitted to the programme.
After their studies many of them are interested to work abroad or will have international contacts. The horse sector is becoming more and more international, both the sport itself but also training and breeding. Our pupils must be well prepared for an international career.
The aim of the project is to offer the pupils a period of practice abroad. The placements will take place during their third and last year at school. Periods of 3-4 weeks are possible and will be fully recognized as part of their programme at Wången.
Bilateral agreements have been established with France, Iceland, Finland and United Kingdom.
