The 2nd High School of Pallini is an active school, open to challenges and willing to implement innovations associated with the use of new technologies in education. We believe that ICT is not only about the development of technical skills to our students, but it is a powerful tool that can change the teaching methodology and leverage multiple benefits for teachers and students in the class, such as increasing the interest of students , active involvement in the learning process and facilitateinterdisciplinary work and project. For the effective introduction of ICT in the educational process teachers require skills and competences, both in the use of new technologies as well as on how integrate ICT into the educational process . Our school is equipped with interactive whiteboards and PC labs, but teachers have not been trained on new ICT applications . The mobility project " Integrated Plan for the use of ICT in education" of the 2nd High School of Pallini aims to train teachers of our school on the use of new technologies in education, following the analysis of educational needs . The project involves nine teachers of all disciplines from the 2nd High School of Pallini . The activities planned are : 1. Participation in the seminar "ICT SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED LEARNING COURSES", 2 teachers . 2 . Participation in the seminar "DIGITAL CLASSROOM" 2 teachers . 3 . Participation in the seminar "SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE CLASSROOM" 2 teachers . 4. Participation in the seminar "USAGES PEDAGOGIQUES ET RESSOURCES DU NUMERIQUE DANS LES PROJETS SCOLAIRES DE COOPERATION EUROPEENE" 2 teachers . 5. Job swadowing in theschool Fenelon Sainte Marie of France by one teacher The expected results of the project are: For the participants - Upgrade of the knowledge, skills and competencies of participants teachers in the use of ICT in education and specifically the use of new tools such as the interactive whiteboard, development of methodologies, curricula and educational materials for teaching in different school subjects using ICT. - Contact with colleagues from schools abroad and exchange experiences and knowledge on the specific topics of trainings. - Continue communication with colleagues and develop new programs through the etwinning platform or through the Erasmus + programme. For participating organizations - For the 2nd High School of Pallini , the project provides benefits through teacher training and increased use of ICT in the educational process . Apart from participating teachers other teachers will benefit, through the diffusion of knowledge. In addition, the school will open the way for cooperation with schools abroad, through teachers from other countries who will attend the training programs. - The French school Fenelon Sainte Marie engaged as a partner, will benefit by sharing experiences through education that will do the job shadowing. For students - The lessons will become more modern and tailored to their interests, most challenging to learn and more creatively. - The way in which the students will be working in the school will be more compatible with the requirements of the labour market , which will increase their chances of finding employment at the end of their studies in school . - They can be networked with students abroad.
