OLEANA EUROPA 2016 is a project of European mobility within the Erasmus + program promoted by the IES OlEANA of Requena, with the participation of seven students.Our proposal for students is performing two weeks of transnational professional practices in the region of Veneto (Italy) by 10 students of training programs for Middle Technician Motor Vehicle Electromecáncia develop in our center, using the methodology of the European program "Europe Chantier" to start and development of a European identity vocational training. Students will travel in groups and develop their working and learning experiences together with Spanish workers organization throughout the stay.We intend to promote these identified needs among students: lack of confidence when working outside their immediate work environment, lack of knowledge about other labor markets and their ability to labor mobility at European level, need to expand your work experience with manufacturing techniques different, ignorance about the concept of active European citizenship, low language skills and low level of interculturalThe results and impacts for this group are: Improving intercultural competence, increased learning capacity, fostering teamwork and interpersonal relationships, as well as increased mobility options as European workers. In short, improving the employability of participants and promoting the concept of European citizenship.As to the teachers, is to send 3 Teachers and Training Managers of our Institute, aged between 25 and 65 years. As for his studies we will have highly qualified professionals from university graduates.The impact and expected outcome for these teachers is: Expanding opportunities for personal and professional development of teachers, encouraging the exchange of technical content and experiences on teaching methods with other European professionals, allowing students who can not participate in a mobility scheme can benefit from the knowledge and experience of teachers in vocational training institutions in other European countries. Shortly, improving vocational training and promotion of relationships with professionals from other European centers.Focus, participants will perform in a week of technical visits in which they will have an exchange of information and practical work with training centers of European partners, enabling them to learn about the system of vocational training these countries and, therefore, extract and develop new ideas to improve training programs taught in our school.Regarding I.E.S. "OLEANA" Requena, is intended to strengthen the international dimension, creating links with other European institutions occupational and vocational training and encourage other vocational training institutions to spread and rich out the range and content of the courses offered.
