In five different areas including foreign language teaching, adolescent development and psychological training, career choice guidance methods and techniques, stress management, active learning method based on the query training will be provided to 10 teachers, working in Husnu M.Ozyegin Anatolian High School, with ‘’AB+ Blood Transfer to Our School’’ project. English learning has been an unsolved problem in Turkey for 50 -60 years. It is emphasized on many platforms that language can’t be learnt existing policies and approaches but same policies and approaches are still be used. Approximately 1,296 hours of English education are given to students during primary,secondary,high school .Students take 720 hours english lessons during primary and secondary schools and take 580 hours lessons during high school.at the end of the end of so many hours , high school graduates are unable to express themselves aside from the simple sentence patterns. The information of our teachers are not sufficient alone to provide useful and efficient education in schools.For a succesful training, having pedagogical knowledge curriculum information is very important. Because of missing information due to the education system in our country,our teachers are inadequate in areas pedagogical and curricular knowledge . Before our participants go abroad ,they will be given cultural and linquistic training by project execution and evaluation team created by our school.. This team will also enable to carry out all requirements; passport, airfare, insurance, transportation and so on pre mobility.Our participants will be chosen among 25-45 age range ,4-year university graduate and gender distribution will be considered to be equal to men and women. We will integrate European added values to our school and we will carry the quality of our educational services to European standards with this project. Our participants will develop their ability to communicate with people having different language,religion while they are abroad.In general these tranings ,our teachers will take ,will make students successful not only in school life but also in social life. We have developed the activity plans of trainings, which we have defined as lacks and our teachers need in oreder to accomplish our goals, as stated below; Within this plan 2 of our English teachers ( preferably English Teachers) will attend 2 week training about Foreign Language Teaching in Amsterdam- Holland in March 13 2016, in order to understand the problem of teaching English in our country. In order to enable our students to cope with the problems which are caused by the beahaviors and thoughts of adulasance, 2 of our teachers will atttend a two week training in Modena-Italy in March 2016 to get the education of “Adolescence development and psychology”. To enable our students to have a more concious motivation in their vocational guidance 2 teachers will be assigned to have the training of vocational-counseling guidance in Holland in April 10 2016. To prevent the decrease of efficiacy by motivating the conditions rightly, which may arise nbecause of the psychological and bodily tirednes of intensive working pace 2 of our teacher will get the training of “Stress Management” in April 10 2016 in Mdena-Italy. 2 of our teachers will attend the training of “Active Learning: Tecniques for Questioning” in May 15 2016 in Modena-Italy to maket he lessons more comprehensible and permanent.
