Special preschool students.
Special education services in Turkey are provided by school which are formed according to their disabilities and disabled students who need special education attends to normal schools with their peers. In our country special education is given to fivegroups as visual impairment, hearing impairment, orthopedic, mentally handicapped children and chronic disease such Autism, Deph, Down's syndrome, Asperger etc.
Statical information relating to individual who are lack is provided by World Health Organization. In 2002 Turkey Disabled Research has ben made by World Prime Ministry State Institute of Statistics and the Prime Minister Disability Administration which realy takes place an important role in planing the services and coorparion. Proportion of disabled population by completed educational level data is quite low as compared to the total population. Approximately 41% of persons with disabilities, approximately 47.10% of those with persistent disease have a primary school graduates. Middle school graduates are realy low.
The research results show that the reading of people with disabilities, to understand them can be by learning how to diagnosis and treat them. The information that will be obtained by the project will provide different types of disabled children to read and will provide disabled children to be beneficail to the society.
Special education is an education which requires to meet the educational needs of individuals who needs special educational, needs specially trained staff, improved training programs and methods of training that needs proper environment according to their disability and characteristics.Individuals who has special needs, at the earliest possible time, must be supported in accordance with the requirements of the educational environment, appropriate methods and tools because of the importance to be able to use their capabilities at the highest level.
Education legislation of special education services is called for individuals who need special education is planned to allocate as much as possible of the social and physical environment and executed.
For that reason at the beginning of the term or in the middle of the term some disabled students who have diagnosis from quidence centre are registered to our school.
There are 21 students in our classes. So the lessons durations aren’t enough for those who needs special education. The teachers who are strangers to the field for those students have some troubles. This case raises the adjustment problems of these children. Students can not make peer education. To reach these special children to integrate them into society is important. In this context, with a well-structured training program is aimed to be brought our innovative practices from European countries
6 willingly teahers , and a manager who gratuated from Preschool and Physilogical Quidence deparment will have courses and applications at the "NGO MOTİVATED LEORNİNG FOR EVERYONE" center in Italy-Roma between the 04th-16th July, 2016 by our Project.
While carrying out the project observations, notes, questions and answers, application method will be applied.
In short term by this Project the disabled students in our school in Bolu will turn their disadvantage to advantage. In long term studies will be shared with the taecahers who work in Bolu and university students who are studying at Abant İzzet Baysal University and students who are attending to Anatolıan Gırl Hıgh School. Thus we aim to touch our students with a disability in different areas with the 4% rate of population and will try to eliminate differences with their peers.
