Offene Lernformen und individuelle Förderung - auch in den Fächern Englisch und Sport
Date du début: 26 juin 2014, Date de fin: 25 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

We planned to give 17 of our colleagues the chance to increase their skills in three main aspects of our education plan. New forms of individual learning and a higher level in the foreign language of English could become, together with higher skills within the field of P.E. (alpine skiing), a more and more solid base of lerning and teaching in every day lessons and in classes. other aims (beside the tree main fields) will be: - internal and external differentiation - work with students as individuals - team teaching as a part of pedagogics’ - homework – how is it done? - learning and working with students who have learning difficulties (sometimes embedded in difficult family backgrounds) - visiting lessons in the special class which Laivakankaan koulu installed - English as foreign language (how is language-education…significance for the time after school?) - vocational training after finishing school – what possibilities are there? The following measures should have taken place: 1) Individual Lerning 2 teachers will visit a Montessori course in Austria 2 reachers will go to Tramin/Termeno Italy ("Individuelle Förderung in heterogenen Lerngruppen") offered by europafels e.V. and 2 teachers will observe lessons at our partnerschool in Oulu/Finland 2)English 6 teachers will go for English courses to Dublin, Cork, Madrid, And a smaller town in the near of Malaga to increase thei skills in speaking, grammar and methodics 3)P.E. 5teachers will learn the newest way of teaching skiing ("Vom Parallelschwung zum Carving"); they'll go St. Johann / Ahrntal Italy Because of a very new and exiting teachers training which increased out of our contact to the University of Regensburg, we weren't able to take part in all the trainings we had applied for. Dr. Ralph Girg educated eight of our teachers in the MGML methodology and made it possible to teach the way to develop "learning ladders" - materials for individual learning! Teachers were so involved in this work, that we decided not to go for all the mobilities we planned. Nevertheless we achieved our goals in the three topic of our European Development Plan. Actually not in the high amount of training abroad.
