Our project was a Vocational Education Trainees at Vocational Education schools Project which targets on 38 participants ,2 of disabled persons, who are well educated in 10th and 11th classes at mobility term, aged between 16 and 19, who continued their initial vocational training education in the field of branches Machine and Metal Technologies, in Kozağaç Technical and Vocational High School, Bozkır VET,Meram VET, Karatay Süleyman D.MP. VET, Konevi Special Education VET, Akören Multi-Program High School. 98% of work-related accidents can be prevented by small precautions is in reality. Work safety and health studies are the systematic and scientific studies, execution of work arising during the health damage that conditions and safety would jeopardize the situations and behaviors to avoid production to ensure the continuity and is to increase productivity. Starting from this point in our project, project participants based on basic work safety and occupational health issues subject to receive training and gain the knowledge and skills, and their work with applications that are referred to in place. At the end of the mobility project activities knowledge and awareness about the basic topics of work safety and health by giving training to individuals at these vocational education institutions increased. We realized to the development of the participants’ language skills to their encourage in foreign language learning to participate in the mobility and and to the development in its European dimension. It iwas performed that the opportunity of the participants who are socially and economically disadvantaged to be employed will be fostered by the help of the certificates that they had, and that there will be motivational effects on the other students in their schools. By the end of this project, -• Our participants gained knowledge and skills about basic safety work and health, • The participants attending from different organizations gained experience of working together, • The participants actively used the ICT, • The participants have developed their foreign language skills that they will need in their daily life and work life • The participants have gained the competence of living in life conditions where different cultures exist • As a result, our participations in project participants to get the possibility to take part as representative of employees at work, • Shared of information and skills among enterprises, • The project partners participating in a multilateral project have increased their institutional capacity, • Provided contribution on the creation of a culture on work safety and health of workers at work • The the negative perspective of people changed in the region to the vocational training institutions In the project , our team of 38 participants carried out the placement activities for three weeks between the dates o27.07.2015-16.08.2015 in the organization of Metro Kunstsoffmontage GmbH, Existenzgründer und Unternehmenrverein e.v, South East Training Academy GmbH operating in Germany/ Hanau training and internship activity.
