The automotive sector forms the center of the technological developments in which dominated countries especially the added value and employment. In addition, brings movements to many sectors. These can be considered as iron and steel, rubber, plastics, paints, glass, and Electric-Electronic sector. On the other hand it mobilizes the service sector as well as marketing, financing, insurance, maintenance and spare parts. The industry's in their mold, to mobilize many sectors, technological developments and to lead a very substantial proportion of employment and export share is important because of uncover. The most important common features of the developed countries in the world today in the automotive industry can be shown to be progressed. Own brand that creates and markets in these countries, which forces the sophistication of the automotive industry is the most important indicator. Today, the automotive industry, even the "key" is the role of industry in developed and developing countries. A strong automotive sector atracts attention as one of the common features of the industrialized countries . A strong industry also consists of the importance of vocational training. In developed countries and at the process of development, economic growth are clearly visible that this development has an important role in sustaining, examined, technical and vocational education and sophistication. As we know, in the system of vocational and technical education, vocational and technical schools and their duties and responsibilities hold an important place . Vocational and technical education institutions and schools, vocational education quality National Education Ministry (MEB) training curriculum based on the theoretical and practical vocational courses, vocational guidance, sector co-operation and research & development officers assigned to the teacher's knowledge, skills and competencies are directly related to with each other. Self-improvement and technology that adapts the benefits that teachers have received professional training are having no trouble with alignment and they easily transfers.In abroad, under direct vision our teachers ‘ training they received in the area of sustainability in the memory will be permanent and will be able to transfer them to their colleagues and students. With these proposed diagnosis in automotive technology training program with Erasmus +, our teachers will receive training in EU standards and achievements in the field of education and practices. This is our school’s aim. We offer this project is under the coordination of Kayseri Merkez Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi as leader, who will join 3 different Vocational schools comprises a total of 30 staff. All these personnel will participate, is composed of technical teachers. Our project is based Automative- Car mechanics subjects, who will join participants, will be teachers working in these areas. The mobility of the project in January-February 2016, will take place in İtaly,Spain and Poland with 1 month duration.
