The project titled as "School Based Occupational Development" has been prepared to increase the quality of education and training in our institutions. It is aimed in our project that, providing the teachers with opportunity to learn and develop themselves as they are key persons endeavoring to increase the quality of education and training in schools, increasing the level of student participation to the training processes in schools and developing applications to enhance the effectiveness of school-student-parent relations and cooperation. The schools concerted in this consortium under the leadership of our County National Education Directorate, desire and claim to increase the level of education services they provide and supply to the European standards; and in this sense, they aim to come together around the same vision of being a model and leading institution in our region about providing an privileged education and training; and by these they aim to grow happy next generations of individuals. The objectives we want to attain at the end of "School Based Occupational Development" project as follow; - To provide the teachers with assuming more responsibility for their own self development. - To provide the preparation of individual/personal occupational development plans for every students in accordance with the training needs of students and school development goals; and these plans will be based on the self evaluation of teachers on students' deficiencies or the areas on which they think the student should develop forward. - Supporting teachers' through gathering new learning-teaching techniques and by this way helping them to get a higher consciousness level, and by sharing these information and experiences, to make their application of these new techniques as possible. - To make teachers' professional work in schools with their occupational training and development. - To utilize teachers' expertise and experience through a direct and immediate sense in line with the development programs of schools; to invite them to share their experiences with their less experienced associates and to motivate them to support their associates. - Raising more possibilities and facilities to provide a more effective usage of human and material resources in schools, and in this sense, providing occupational development needs of teacher through school spheres. - It is expected that, depending on the development of school working culture and value systems, the objectives of the integration of the school with its environment and of the more compensations of the needs of the school from its environment is expected to be realized. Being teacher as an occupation requires to be ready for and open to new-contemporary developments in training sector and to develop themselves in accordance with these innovations. The activities in our mobility project will take place in Germany, Spain and Czech Republic. By signing a contract with the institutions in these countries, the activities of participants will be taken as granted. In total 35 teacher will attend at different European countries in different times and they will join to two weeks of seminars with different groups.
