Öğretmenlerimizin Mesleki Yeterliliklerinin Geliştirilmesi

The proposed project is a school education staff mobility. Via this project, our twelve teachers working on school management, counselling and consulting services and education and training services will get vocational education in Holland, Germany, Spain and Italy. With this project, 4 teachers will be trained in Holland about Using Technology in Education, 2 teachers will be trained in Italy about communicating students with attention deficit disorder and Teaching methods, 2 teachers will be trained in Germany about Leadership and Management Skills, 2 teachers will be trained in Spain about Methods and Techniques of Guiding for Vocational Preferences, 2 teachers will be trained in Italy about Effective Efficient Planning and Classroom Management. Our teachers will get a 10-day vocational education for two weeks in five different dates. The participants of the project will be chosen from 75 teachers of Sami Sipahi Secondary School. Thanks to this project, 12 teachers lecturing in different branches such as School Management, Counselling and Consulting Services, Maths, Science, Social Sciences, Turkish, Foreign Languages, Design and Technology, Religious Culture and Ethics, Visual Arts and Physical Education will have a chance to get vocational training. Our project supports Fatih Project applied by Turkish Educational Ministry and the aim of creating an information society which is indicated in the strategic plans of our country. Our project also supports Smart Growth Strategies indicated in the 2020 strategy of European Union, the plans of decreasing early school leaving, the development of BIT based learning applications, vocational guidance and career planning and the aims of recognition of skills and competences. This project will be a good educational opportunity for a wide range of young teachers who have just started their career to the experienced teachers. Improving the ability of modern foreign languages of our participants and by the help of this, providing them a continuity in their professional development is aimed in this project. Moreover, it is also aimed in this project to raise the professional vision and European awareness of the participants. By carrying out this project, it will be provided to be effective in a wide area with the ICT tools and in-service training in our institution and in our region. This project will be carried out from 25th January 2015 to 16th May 2015 in five courses with the participation of our 12 teachers.
