With the result of the surveys we did about failure and problem scanning,we stated that 61% of our students don’t realize their needs,can’t set an aim about their future and 58%of our students have difficulty about interaction and can’t express themselves easily.At this point it is necessity that teachers should gain new qualities and became proffessional to guide them and also realize their needs.With the examinations we did,it is clear that our teachers don’t have these qualities and experience about coaching.To guide students ,our teachers also should be aware of key competences and soft skills.Aim of our project is to make our students enthusiastic about finding out their potential,to gain self-reliance,to set realistic goals about their future,to be succesfull in the university exam and to discover key competences of lifelong learning.If our teachers are equipped with these qualities,they can decrease the degree of our students’ negative attitudes towards the school.In the meantime our students’ academic achievements will increase thus early school leaving rate will decrease.So our institution will become preferable among the other high schools.The researches we did to reach our aims impelled us educations in Europe where the coaching is being applied effectively.After researches we found two courses which are professional and suitable for our goals.Our first course is Coaching in Education ( vzw-Eekhoutcentrum) and the second one is soft skills ( York International Acardue )These courses include 5 days education,workshops and feedbacks.Therewithal we will do job shadowing to experience pedagogical practising at Lopez Santiago Konsultanez in Spain and we will have had the opportunity to interact with our colleagues from abroad.At the end of the courses and job shadowing ;the acquisitions ,good practices,and experiences we obtain from these mobilities will make significant changes in qualifications of our teachers and provide us share these experiences with other colleagues.Our Project team will comprise 12(twelve)participants .11(eleven)of the participants are teachers and 1(one) of the participants is school manager from Mersin Anatolian İmam Hatip High School. Selected paticipants were assessed by students and Project election committee with a clear and fair election.In collaboration with realization of Project in our school,students’ communication with teachers will increase,training environments perceived as tradional and boring will turn into more entertaining and enthutiastic one.At he same time increase of teachers’ experiences in training activities will enhance them feel motivated and comfortable.Furthermore meeting different cultures will provide our teachers to do their jobs in Europe standarts by increasing cultural interaction.Also our teachers will be able to improve their foreign language skills at the end of these mobilities.Our students’ negative attitudes against to some lessons such as maths,physics,literature and English which they have the lowest success will change and their average success in these lessons will rise so they will feel more comfortable and think they are considered and understood in their student-centered environment.
