Our project is a course actvity named as Creativity in teaching and learning by using ICT. It is a professional development course and aims to teach how to use and adapt technology to create a more collaborative, interacrative learning in the classroom.The project will take place in Netherlands between 1st - 7th May 2016 and its duration is seven days. 10 educational staffs will attend the project activities during that period. The educational staff will be those who want to renew himself/herself, are intersted in project works, want to enhance his/her foreign language competences, want to share his/her professional experiences with European colleagues, want to develop teaching abilities by means of this course activities and want to integrate the new methods and techniques inside classroom activities. We can summarise our project objectives as: - to bring out a synergy in providing a more innovative and high quality education - to bring out a more innovative teaching and learning process instead of traditional classroom environment - to become a solution oriented organization in elimination of problems experienced in the field of employment by training the students to be well equipped with the help of ICT - to educate individuals who are aware of their responsibiities and have self confidence and self esteem - to provide staff to be able to use technology in the teaching and learning process in the best way - to improve staff's career prospect - to improve staff's foreign language competences - to learn to use the new technology and methods effectively in order to make the lessons more motivating and productive - to encourage the staff to have interaction with their European colleagues and enhance cooperation by doing so they will be able to prepare projects more willingly and competently - to provide intercultural awareness by learning about different cultures. All the participants will break the prejudices against different cultures and beliefs, develop a tolerance and respect towards each other. As a result they will achieve an awareness of the values of the European Union - to bring European vision to our school his course is given by Quarter Mediation- a Netherland Company which offers Courses in Utrecht, Netherland. It is planned as a seven days course and the number of the participants are 10. There will be pre , during and post course works done on the etwinning community. During the course there will be workshop to encourage participants to be confident and competent in using ICT tools. There will be presentation in order to make teachers digitally literate competent and confident enough to create a collaborative interactive classroom experience practice in teaching and learning using ICT. Participants are chosen by a commission directed by our school principals and they are all eager and ready to learn new technologies, besides they will make new friends from other countries and prepare new short term and long term projects together. Course participants will share the new curricula with whole school staff when they come back to their schools. There will be dissemination of related info, related activities and current methodologies in Project based learning. The following methodologies will be used in project activities; -Participants will be in a face to face training process and will take an active role -Introducing the new ICT based modern technological equipments and their usage -Using eTwinning portal effectively, creating successful eTwinning projects -Creating multimedia materials -Preparing educational materials -Arranging cultural activities As a result, our participants will have an international experience in their fields. They will have increased self-empoverment, self esteem and self confidence. They will also have high motivation in their works and they will have the ability to present a high quality teaching an the classsroom. They will get the advantage how to use the new technoligies in their class activities, arise their digital competence and this will make a great contribution to the education process. By the use of ICT, there will be better quality of activities in favour of students. Moreover, our teachers will have the chance to improve their foreign language competences. They will have strong cooperation with their European colleagues and will be encouraged to prepare long term projects together. Our school will have prestige around and earn the respect of society. As a last word we will have an enhanced awareness of intercultural and European Uninon values.
