There are lots of activities to be able to reach some goals in teaching and learning process throughout our country. According to our school's European Development Plan, we formed a project team in our school. Linked with staff competences, capacity development of our school and internalization, we decided which courses to apply which staff who want to apply with our project team. 18 teachers have been decided to apply courses for our school's capacity development and internalization with a fair and coherent selection. We decided that "Action Methods İmproving Motivation and Quality in Learning Environments" and "Group Dynamics and Social Skills In the Classroom" courses are appropriate for our school's capacity development, staff competences and internalization. Our teachers are the people who have never participated in such an international activity or course bur all of them are eager to develope their professional and personal capacity. For this reason, they had took part in some local art and individual courses and also they had taken part in some professional development courses before. The aims our project are ranked in the following ways;by means of this project we want to improve the personal and the proffessional capacity and effectiveness to learn learner focused methods and processes to make our students participate in active learning process, to learn the new learning strategies, to improve the English level of our teachers, to be aware of the different cultural values and to improve the success of our organization. What are the pre-supposed results of our project are to provide professional developments of our teachers and to make our students learn about different cultures. We also want to get rid of the pre-judgements of our students related to learning English, we want to encourage them in an effective way and also we will try to make them participate in learning process actively. Another object of our project is to encourage our students to deal with Erasmus + projects permanently to develope new ones on e-twinning portal to improve the success of our organization and to change the point of view of our students and their parents towards education and our organization. When the parents realize the change of their children, they will be able to aware of the fact that these kind of projects are useful not only on behalf of educational and professional acquire but also individual and social ways.In this way, after the secondary school education, the parents will be more willing about their children to go on their uplevel education. At the same time the importance of partnership of European Union will be underlined in their minds and they will also have awareness on this ıssue. Thanks to these activities, we will manage to be an organization preferred that has a pioneer structures to our peers in our region.The content of our project is to increase foreign language proficiency of participant in a foreign country. There are two vrinceprincipals and sixteenteachers are volunter to participate this project. Our project is related with supporting personal development , increasing the level of foreign language and cultural vision. So, we decided to choose face to face education method. We know that the best way to learn a foreign language should be in the country where this language is spoken. Also, we think that while attending a language learning course,we have to live in the country where it is spoken. This obligation is an important factor for practicing English in a daily life. Ultimately, with this project, we expected to increase vocational motivation of participants and to encourage other staff in our organization. The purpose of our project is attending courses that are provided by Erasmus+ Personal Mobilty Program. So, we are planning to increase individual and vocational development of participants. At the same time, we are planning to learn different methods and techniques related wiht student-centered teaching. Apart from these, we would like to learn about different cultures and perform brainstorming with our colleaques from other countries. Finally, all things that we mentioned above ,we are planning to improve our organizational success and proficiency.
