As the teachers of Kırkkonaklar Anatolian High school; We believe that all of our students ,mainly in verbal and numerical lessons,including sports and art have to gain all the necessary qualifications they need.All the students should benefit from high-quality education and training. We believe that all of these can be done by the modernization of the curriculum and we will be successful by more support given to the teachers and educators through professional training. Our discourse ,according to the target of European Union's Education Training 2020 (ET2020) 'In the field of Education of the stakeholder countries', is to encourage the systematic reforms,co-operation in every level,to supply the formation of vision shared between authorities. Moreover ,in order to improve the school staff's professionalism and their European level ,in line with education and cooperation opportunities given to the institute and its staff. We aim to: *Give the opportunity to compare the education and training programs that are being applied at our school,methods and techniques, school management systems,teachers' teaching methods and techniques, participants' level of knowledge and skills with the good examples in Europe. *Be better equipped, become qualified and efficient in this field and adopt different approaches from education and training methods as they have observed. *Contribute the improvement of our school and students by developing new methods and techniques. *Carry our education and training to the international arena by reaching the high-quality knowledge and encouraging student development. *Get foreign language support in order to contribute our improvement and understand all these more efficiently and of high quality. Our participants consist of 15 people who have graduated from universities' relevant education faculties and still continue working in our school actively as teachers or administrators. Our project's A1 mobility:It is in order to strengthen1 admin and 14 participants' competency in foreign language. For this reason,in Malta's town called Sliema, an English Training course will be made at LAL 'Language Center', a foreign language school between 28th June - 11th July for total 10 days - 60 hours according to the language level of our participants. Our project's A2 mobility: In Barcelona with the organization of our partner Asso. Juvenil Proyecto Barcelona at Escola Pia Balmes and Institut Joan Bosca High schools, a 30 hour lesson/per week job shadowing and cultural visits will be done in order to gain a perspective of quality improvement suitable to both our school's and participants' European improvement plan. At the end of our project,our participants, according to the observations and studies they have done, will be able to provide an efficient and international teaching environment by being aware of the imperfections of the applied educational system and willing to overcome them by supporting the researcher spirit,by applying innovative differences to their lessons, and by using technolog-mediated communication. All these improvements will help our students to complete their education in a healthy, qualifed and successful way and will be able to make our other project's subject 'European Union target 2020 /EU2020)' plan's main entity 'Prevention of Early School leaving and Unemployment of the Young' reach its goal.
