We are a non-formal education institution that gives adult education. We provide all kinds of courses for adults in professional, technical and social fields. In our vocational and technical courses we carry out trainings for production purposes. But the education our students receive is not sufficient to put into production.The aim of our project is to search out the "LEARNING TEACHER" by getting entrepreneurship and forming the lower branches; Feasibility study, establishment and development, business plan preparation, marketing / sales, management development, foreign trade, project management based training and by providing them ensure "Entrepreneurship Education Teacher" in the EU standards. And also our aim is to observe the differences in the education of adults and to make investigations about how the product is involved in adult education and how do the adults turn their products into earnings, how they accomplished the continuity of production. Our staff, who obtain this training , will enable many people to transfer entrepreneurial spirit and reach to information, experience and skills by sharing them with their families, environment, colleagues and especially their trainees. A good teacher is not the one whose students achieve in exams but the one who encourages his students to get to know themselves by empathizing with them. For this purpose, total of 8 participants from vocational and technical education fields are required to be trained in accordance with our purposes and examine the differences in adult education in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Malta .Common profile of the participants is that they are all staff of our institution and they are eager to take part in the project, they have bachelor's degree and 10 years teaching experience, 3 years experience in adult education and have joined the professional and personal development courses.Our staff who are involved in this project will not only contribute to the development of institutional capacity, but also improve institutional quality and provide quality of "Entrepreneurship Training Trainer" . What's more, the project work will provide individual improvement, meet the learning needs, improve communication, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, coaching, project management, writing and analysis-reporting skills. On-site observation and research is required at institutions and organizations , in EU countries of Italy, Portugal, Spain and Malta about the place of adult education sector and the integration of production in adult education. Besides, Italy will provide training in Entrepreneurship, Feasibility Studies Education, Portugal will provide training in Business Creation and Development, Business Plan Training, Spain will provide training in Marketing- Sales, Foreign Trade and Malta will provide training in Project Management and Management Development. As a result of this review, the participants will be equipped with the accumulation of knowledge and will integrate every positive implication to their education system.The benefits of the project will return as personal development and self -confidence in the short term and will return as quality education and employment resources for our trainees and our institution in the long term. Qualified and production-oriented education will lead to conversion gain of marketing and will give way for deriving profit from marketed products they produced. In the long term, while contributing to the national economy, the housewives, will be provided to enter into the active life of elderly people and people with disabilities. The retirement age will be extended and the number of families yielding a profit will increase.
