It is needed that a good way of education should be applied and this education should be provided by well-qualified teachers in order to progress as a society and in order to reach the prosperity level of developed countries. Our teachers who progress occupationaly will increase the quality of education by providing positive learning conditions. However , in recent years there have been some breakdowns due to the abundance of children who come from countryside and cause socio-economical differences, due to some other children who can’t speak Turkish properly and who come from Syrian, Iran and Iraq , due to the abundance of integration students in the scope of special education and last of all due to the children of many devided families , because of all these given reasons both the teachers and the students have difficulties. Besides of all, a new student centred perception is gained with the help of changing education system and the help of technology that is applied in classes and the families who want their children take an active part in classes are some facts that are observed visibly. It is revealed that teachers have to develop themselves because of some visual and auditory materials that focuses on living learning and because it will effect directly the service of technology that is offered by teachers. Our Project is a Project of staff mobility . With the help of this Project our teachers will improve themselves in terms of education of disadvantageous students and in terms of developing educational materials by using visual and auditory tools, in terms of learning informational talents and changing technology ,in terms of planning proojects to European Union and in terms of effective family education and thanks to this the quality of our school education will increase. In this respect , in four Eupean countries (Germany, Holland, Italy , Malta)five mobility is being planned. It is planned that 24 participants will join and in these 24 participants each Italy and Holland has six, each Malta and Germany has four participants. Our participants are chosen according to their academic career,their willingness,their certificates related to preparing projects,the knowledge of foregein language. Our participants will be able to apply the new methods and techniques. They will have higher motivation,have more positive attitudes,get to know different cultures experiences in a foregein country. In order to evaluate our participants the semi-structural application form and some pretests , posttests for teachers, students and parents will be used to see if they have positive changes. This study will supply higher motivation for students and positive attidudes of parents,sharing knowledge including these new techniques and methods with colleques in classes interacting students. Finally, our scholl will have a good quality of education and be preferred more in the area.
