In the context of skills qualifiying training officer in Tourism for low-skilled persons, it is the organization of a language and cultural immersion, organized every year for a group of 14 participants.The project is aimed at disadvantaged public, resulting largely from immigration, unemployed / Waitress long-term and low-skilled.It turns out that the tourism sector has great potential hiring people as long as they have language and cultural skills.As for the choice of the target country (Spain), it is always motivated by a basic knowledge of the Spanish language by the audience. For the tourism sector, english is the second language used in the training courses. Learning these languages requires a language immersion to operationalize the learning outcomes. Added to this is the importance of Spain as a tourist receiving country.For its part, the host company (Lexitours Viajes) is a specialized agency in the field of linguistic, cultural and tourism training (it is in fact Supervisor of tourism studies at Spanish universities), it is also a travel agent.Training in Brussels takes 7.5 months (September to mid-April) and focuses on the development of skills of Agent in Tourism.From mid-April, a week of observation and specific training in Tourism in Spain is organized in Madrid in collaboration with the local partner (LEXITURS Viajes) specialized in the tourism sector.Specifically, the 14 beneficiaries stay in Madrid from Saturday,15/04/2017 to Saturday, 22/04/2017 where they will be supported and supervised by our Lexiturs partners. Then they will head to their place of internship in a region of Spain, in a pre-selected host structure. Placements will take place from Monday, 24/04/2017 to Saturday, 24/06/2017.
