Our project aims is to increase the professional skills of pupils 3rd year social work field through two weeks of practice in the Slovak Republic in social institutions. The number of participants is 10 students + 1 teacher. The project was initiated by teachers over and above the actual demand of students to improve the quality of teaching, or increase the quality of professional practice. The aim of the project is to outline pupils slightly different dimension to education, to motivate them to study as well as the consequent continuation of studies at universities. Another important goal is to increase the prestige of this field. Probably most important aim is for pupils to ensure quality of professional experience in a different environment than they are used to, but on the condition that they feel safe (language nebariérovost, availability) and increase only their professional skills and personal development, teamwork, new trends, etc ..Description of activities:Methodology:The project will ensure the organizational, legal guardians and students will be thoroughly acquainted with the organizational matters of the project, the teacher will supervise internship to assist in the improvement of professional skills of pupils will be provided outputs from the internship, the subsequent presentation and promotion.Expected results:- Improving the professional skills of pupils (new trends care legislation, comparing systems of the Czech Republic and Slovakia)- Self-reflection and self-improvement (autonomy, adaptability)- Improving teamwork, communication skillsThe impact of the project and its long-term benefits:- Motivation to study, for future studies at university- Increase the prestige of the profession- Methodological foundation for educators and students in the future (both professionally and in terms of design)
