The school offers a long-term comprehensive education in terms of expertise, a deep linking theory and practice in the field of gastronomy and breeding of exotic animals, including internship opportunities abroad. The priority for the school is to provide the widest range of professional practice according to the chosen field of education. As more professional experience for students (and under different conditions), there will be the better opportunities of work in their profession. The project follows similar projects implemented in the past under different EU programs or bilateral agreements with partners, always aiming to enrich the educational process with opportunity to check professional work in a real environment of a foreign company in another language, cultural background, it is possible to check students skills and skills acquired during their studies. The project respects the principles of ECVET. The project was conceived to meet the objectives aimed at increasing competences of participants by improving their skills, especially the responsibility to understand the need for qualifications for the profession, to increase interest in further education for their working life, to encourage the study of foreign languages. The key to the realization of the project was to provide reliable recognition of the participations through the certifications in the future. During the two-year project 2014-1-CZ01-KA102-000970 there were carried out four activities. There were internships in Italy and Cyprus for students in gastronomic branches. For students in branch "Breeder of exotic animals" there were interships in Spain. During the realization of the intership we managed to send more students compared to the original plan without increasing demands on final project budget. (participants' contribution). The list of realized mobilities: 1) Italy, Rimini, ROXY Hotel Floridiana, from 1.5 to May 23, 2015, 6 participants Profils of participants: 4 students in the field with vocational certificate, 1 student of the field with final school leaving exam “maturita exam“, 1 student study of follow- up studies with graduation. 2) Cyprus Aktea, Ayia Napa, from 15.04. to May 28, 2015, 5 participants + 1 accompanying person Profile of participants: 2 students in the field with vocational certificate, 3 students in the field of final school exam-maturita exam. 3) Spain, Barcelona Zoo, from 10.4. to 2.5.2015, 6 participants Profiles of participants: 5 students "Breeder of exotic animals" and one student already graduated in this field one year after graduation. Thanks to the majority of participants, we replaced the accompanying person with the other participant and sent another one student. 4) Cyprus, TsokkosHotels Public Ltd., Ayia Napa, from 27.04. to June 11, 2016, 7 participants + 1 accompanying person Profiles of participants: 2 students in the field with vocational certificate, 5 students in the field of final school exam-maturita exam. For the high quality of internship project we made the following units of learning outcomes: Gastronomy branches: - Breakfast buffet - Customer service - Preparation of fresh pasta (of various kinds) - Modification of seafood Branch "Breeder of exotic animals": - Care of Dolphins - Care of larger primates - Care of Bears - Care of Rhinos - Care of Parrots - Care of Chimpanzees We have expected from this project to improve the competences and skills of participants, responsibility, understanding the need for qualifications for the profession, the increased interest in further education in their working life, promoting of foreign language learningThese expectations were fully met and we expect that the results of the project will have long term impact on the participants for their potential in the labor market, not only in this country but also abroad. Communication and cooperation with foreign partners conducted properly under the terms of contracts within the project management. Expected results of the project were achieved, all participants under the guidance of responsible workers in receiving organizations has successfully fulfilled their work program and met the specifications drawn up by the "Units of learning" (the "ECVET").
