Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Under the Erasmus+ program for the year 2015/16 we have realised the mobility for 14 days to Germany, Norway and Czech Republic for 28 students and 3 pedagogical experts in particular Vocational – technical study fields. The participants were the pedagogical experts and students from Secondary Vocational Technical School of services and forestry in Banská Štiavnica, from the departments - forestry machines operator, bricklayer, and mechanic of constructions, hairdresser, cook and waiter. We have realised this project because we believe, that our students have gained abroad crucial and new competencies, which we are not able to offer them. Successful realisation of the Erasmus+ project has increased the number of applicants for Secondary Vocational Education in our region, at our school and has fulfilled the school´s EU development plan. Our pedagogical experts had a chance to update their qualification and competencies according the EU demands and for our students to gain „ extra value“ – competencies and skills above the school curriculum opportunities and this way to increase the chance to be successful at EU labour market. Project was focused on needs of our students to gain specific technical and language skills on their study field and on the needs of our pedagogical experts. The aims was to gain these special skills and competencies (more specified in the Memorandum of Understanding and Learning Agreement for each study department) – to increase the chance of students to get job in their professional field. Our project has been established on the good results from last year’s projects realisation and it was continuation of our partnership with our Partners in favour of our students. German partner was VITALIS, because is capable to find job placements for all study departments. Partners in Norway and Czech Republic were directly Employers – the forestry and building companies. Partners have arranged the practical training according the vocational field, accommodation and board and during the free time cultural educational activities. Mobility in Germany was for 16 students from all the mentioned departments, the mobility to Norway for 8 forestry students and mobility to Czech Republic for 4 bricklayer students. In all the countries, there was participating also one pedagogical expert in three different study fields – hairdresser, forester, and bricklayer. Participants’ Selection was based on written and oral exams from foreign language and main technical subject. Points were also given from Practical teachers with extra points for socially and geographically disadvantaged students. Many of these have no other chance to gain foreign experience just this project. Many of them are from rural villages in Stiavnica Mountains and sometimes even have no money for bus to get to school, even so they are good students and our school is supporting them. Aim was to get professional experience and improve foreign language communication what is not possible to gain in Slovakia, so it is European added value. Aim was also to work with ECVET - get validated the credits for Participants’ Learning Outcomes – knowledge, skills and competences in their particular study field. With our partners we have signed the Memorandum of Understanding and Learning Agreement with Participant Appraisal form – so it was possible to evaluate their LO and back home to validate results for their qualification. The aim of the project was foreign technical practical experience for the students at the beginning of their professional career. Project aim was to fulfil the student’s needs to gain technical and linguistic skills in the particular study field and the needs of international experience and real simulation of working conditions in Europe. Participants have improved the knowledge in foreign language communication and also skills and abilities in technical subjects. Project has helped to improve the qualification potential and adaptability of future employees, reduce the fear from unknown foreign environment, gaining the self-confidence in general and also in using foreign language and also increasing the motivation to take part in European working environment – to find job in received education field. The expected goals were fullfiled: - real identification with the study field and future job - active participation in particular companies - presentation of gained goals at school for other students and teachers, web page information, power point presentation, bulletin - increasing motivation to study foreign language - expanding the knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences in study field and real experience of using it in practical life - improving social, communicative and working skills - gaining the International Certificates – Euro pass Mobility - better chance to find job after finishing school .
