This Project focuses on raising quality of educational system as well as development of teacher training.
The main aim of the project is to raise the quality of school functioning through raising teachers’ professional competences who work in The Maria Grzegorzewska Schools of Special Educational Needs in Zdunska Wola with other educational and management institutions cooperating with our school through financial support of participation in foreign trainings.
Realization of the project enables participants to raise professional qualifications in the range of Montessori Pedagogy when training, visiting institutions that use Montessori Method in everyday work as well as during international Congress of Montessori-Europe. It will make possible for these institutions to work out a model of raising professional and language competence of teachers with usage of foreign mobility.
Another purpose of this project is systematic raising of educational quality and in-service training for teachers. Our participation in foreign mobility will help us in meeting new people and establishing international contacts as a result of this action. Staying abroad will raise our intercultural competence and will result in dissemination the attitude of tolerance and respect towards other cultures. The project will be beneficial not only for participant but also for institutions. The main aim of the project is to support institutions working in the fields of education and teacher training, creating professional structure of foreign mobility for students, teachers and all school staff. Actions presented in this project are not focused only on in – service training but also on foreign mobility that will establish international cooperation in the long run. This strategy will help to collaborate within European network of educational institutions. All the actions provided will contribute to improvement of educational offer as well as gaining modern and dynamic institution that will benefit in raising interest in our school. All participants will take advantage of this international experience by raising their professional competence, and learning more about psychology, pedagogy and Montessori Method. Thanks to participation in the project, our teachers will contribute to development of educational quality and high standards of teaching. At the same time it will give an opportunity to disseminate achievements, better results, practice in Montessori pedagogy and European educational system. The assumption of the projects is solidifying the main idea of Montessori pedagogy and indicating values that influence social uniformity, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender equality, and self-fulfillment.
The project encourages to better usage of results, innovative products and processes, and to exchange experience in the field of Montessori Methodology in order to improve educational quality.
