Modernization and internationalization of the "EVROCENTAR OBUCHENIE I PARTNYORSTVO 21 VEK” EOOD in the period 2015 -2020 are related with introduction of the European system of credit transfer in vocational education and training (ECVET) in the center. The objectives of the project TRAINING FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN SYSTEM FOR TRANSFER OF CREDITS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR ADULTS are: To provide organizational and methodological training and develop new competencies of the team responsible for the implementation of ECVET in the organization; - To provide practical training for participants to develop courses in accordance with the latest European policies and based on European instruments such as EQF, ECVET, validation of learning (formal, informal or self learning) To increase the capacity, flexibility, attractiveness and international dimension of "EVROCENTAR OBUCHENIE I PARTNYORSTVO 21 VEK” EOOD to provide new activities and programs that better meet the needs of people for successful realization of the labor market and society; Main activity is the participation of the team responsible for the implementation of ECVET in the organization (8 persons) in a course on "EQF and ECVET", organized by IDEC - consulting and training company from Greece that works more than 20 years in the field of lifelong learning with extensive experience in organizing transnational trainings. After completing the course, participants will have acquired: - Knowledge and understanding of EU policies and instruments of the EU in terms of evaluation, recognition and transfer of learning outcomes and validation of competences acquired through formal and informal learning; - Skills and competencies for using ECVET in their training programs; - Skills and competencies to develop schemes for the validation of non-formal and informal learning. This project will serve as a base for training the entire teaching and administrative persona for the implementation of ECVET in the organization. "EVROCENTAR OBUCHENIE I PARTNYORSTVO 21 VEK” EOOD will use the acquired knowledge and skills to design training courses in accordance with the methodology of ECVET; development of schemes for the validation of formal and informal learning and organizing training courses, seminars and consultations at national and European level on implementation of ECVET.
