The project concerns on the departure of our students for three weeks to the foreign companies from the European Union, in order to serve them a traineeship aimed at broadening knowledge of specific areas for the construction and repair of motor vehicles. The students are going to have the practice i two groups each for twelve students, each group will be supported by two teachers.The first group is leaving in May 2017 and the other in May 2018. They will have vocational, language and cultural classes before the project starts. The students are going to live with german families. After their duties the students will spend their time on cultural, sport evnts and recreation.The training is based on the traineeship taking place in places of work, which will have the opportunity to present their activities in the context of the theme of our project. Especially we are interested in presenting our students some modern techniques of diagnostics and repair of motor vehicles. We would like to focus particularly on the power transmission systems in trucks, including modern automatic transmissions. Every day (Monday to Friday) would consist of classes in 6 h dimension within the partner company, where our students will get the knowledge connected with the profile of a workplaces, scope of services, models of vehicles repaired in this place. In addition, we would like the students to know the build and repairing methods of modern power transmission systems, we want them to know which parts or elements can be regenerated and which must be replaced. Important thing is also diagnosing and servicing of electronic control systems in this power transmission systems especially transmission systems.We would like to focus on the issue of recycling of waste parts of motor vehicles, supplies and environmental protection like securing the service halls before the intrusion of harmful substances into the environment. Considering the problem of wastes and trying to make the students aware of the problem, we are going to arrange a trip to the MAN factory in Niepolomice, where the students can familiarize themselves with the problem and the ways of dealing with it by similar companies. In addition, teachers will carry out extra classes with topics relating to the project so the students have a basis for further learning and enable them to acquire more advanced topics.We believe that in this way the student will experience much, the project will help them develop in terms of knowledge of the construction, repair and operation on motor vehicles. In order to share the skills gained at the traineeship the conference will be organized for the students of technical schools, where the beneficiaries will present the knowledge gained during the project.In addition, the teachers who accompanied the students and the beneficiaries will present their achievements to the other teachers on the Pedagogical Council meeting. Achievements of our students and teachers in the project will be presented on the website of the school, including the presentation of the workplaces and rapport of the tours. This will let to present the knowledge they gained not only to the others students but also to the wider range of people in our region.
