The companies in the EU need to become more competitive and for this reason they have to rely on talent and innovation. The efficiency of education, training systems and policies are aimed at the youth, it can help address these challenges by giving people the skills that are required in the labour market and the economy, and allowing at the same time to have an active role in the society and achieve the fullness of a personal development. The reformations in the areas of education, formation and youth can reinforce the process towards these objectives. Besides, it is necessary to provide the youth enterprises and workers in the field of youth with training opportunities and cooperation, to develop their professionalism and the European dimension of work in the field of youth. The Erasmus+ program was designed to support the efforts of the participating countries to use the potential of human talent and the European social capital efficiently, at the same time confirming the principle of lifelong learning by linking the support to formal learning, non-formal and informal in the fields of education, training and youth. On the other hand, the program improves the opportunities for cooperation and mobility with associated countries.In our project a group of 6 professional educators of our institution, whose formations are oriented towards training and employment, will make a visit of nine days in various centres and training schools in Turkey. Our objectives include the acquisition of new working methods oriented towards integration and employability of students, the improving of their language skills, and in general the acquisition of new working methods, that are aimed at improving student skills to stimulate their entry into the labour market. As result of the project, the visiting professors will acquire new knowledge and tools that incorporate in their respective curricula and to put this into practice in their classrooms to improve the quality of the training centres, encourage the development of skills, knowledge and techniques, and ultimately that our students will be better prepared for improvement in the labour market.Through these activities we will learn new resources for the implementation in our organization.In general terms, the program supports the actions, the cooperation and the coherent tools with the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy. This program also contributes, relying on the open methods of coordination, to achieve the objectives of the Strategic Framework for Education and Training and the European Strategy. This investment in knowledge, skills and competencies will benefit the persons, the institutions, the organisations and the whole society, thus this will contribute to the growth and it will ensure the prosperity and the social inclusion in Europe and beyond.The activities in the field of education, the formation and youth have a vital role when it comes to providing people of all ages of the necessary means to participate actively in the labour market and in society in general. These framed projects in this action promote transnational mobility activities orientated to the learners (students, trainees, apprentices, young people and volunteers), and to the personnel (teachers of the university or other levels, trainers, workers in the field of youth and workers of organizations that are active in the fields of education, training and youth) who have as objectives:These projects have as objective: improving the training of adult education, allowing to acquire and to develop skills, which in turn will help to improve the quality of education and the learning. and refers both to the needs of the labour market and society in general.This activity supports the professional development of the adult education personnel in the form of learning by observation / observation period (also called “job shadowing”) abroad in a relevant organization active in the field of adult education.
