The draft proposal aims to improve theoretical knowledge, skills and competences of 20 students from PGTR through the implementation of a three-week educational mobility in a real work place in commercial firms, restaurants and hotels in Valencia, Spain. Students will be selected from 10th and 11th grade in vocations "Cook", "Catering" and "Trade representative" in PGTR, according to established criteria, based on their personality, attitude to the educational process, knowledge and acquired skills during the educational process in PGTR. The selection will be organized by a selection committee. Among the set selection criteria are basic preparation in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and restaurant, good foreign language knowledge , motivation and desire for realization. The users will be provided preliminary language preparation of the project language - English, professional entrepreneurship and specialized training according to professions studied in school. Cultural training will include information about the history, geographical features and traditions of Spain. The educational mobility will be realized from 26.06.2016 to 07.16.2016 in Valencia, Spain. Partners will be Higher School of Hotel and Tourism, Valencia. Development of entrepreneurial skills and the acquiring of European experience in trade and restaurant, the introduction of innovative practices in the sector is crucial to the overall development of regions without or with poorly developed industry, which is northwest. At realization of this mobility – practice students should acquire entrepreneurial skills and key competencies in various professional fields. The beneficiaries will be provided a job placement in the kitchens of restaurants and hotels, small family restaurants and commercial companies to learn fully with all the entrepreneurial activities for starting and managing small and medium-sized companies in the field of trade and restaurant. Educational mobility will contribute to getting acquainted with current standards, working methods and types of services offered in their chosen sector. Acquired European experience is a prerequisite for improvement their employability and successful realization of a labor market both in Bulgaria and in Europe. The project will contribute to the improvement and expansion of professional competencies of participants, will increase the motivation of students to participate actively in the learning process, using the possibilities of active upgrade and improve knowledge and skills in the programs for lifelong learning. The participants will improve their language training to a level own use of English and the use of a specific terminology to the profession. By realizing a planned educational mobility students will acquire skills such as accuracy, precision, discipline and ability to work in a team, will learn leading trends, requirements and criteria for quality in trade and restaurant in united Europe. Students will acquire a real idea of business needs and conditions in the labor market and increase their employability.
