Project is patterned on the needs of youth workers to learn how to deal with multimedia and how to use them effectively in the youth work and in the youth projects and follows the training course Increasing competencies of youth workers in youth clubs, that took place in Ivancice in February 2014. Main goal of the project is to develop youth workers in the field of multimedial literacy of young people, to give to youth workers the nessesary minimum, so they can effectively use multimedia in their work and to create a space for changing the experience and good praxis in multicultural way. During the training course the participants will practically try different methods of work with multimedia and ways how to work with youth through multimedia. The training course will have 20 participants - youth workers - from Czech republic, Greece, Bulgary, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary and Latvia. In the training course participants will participate in professional workshops focused on the work with photography, work with video and editing of video, introduction to multimedia, promotion of organisation. We will also create a space for exchange the experience and good praxis in different countries and building partnership for the future multimedial project. Participants will get many practical skills that they can start to use in their organisations as soon as they dome back home, they will create a lot of usefull outcomes and they will be able to develop their target groups in the field of multimedial literacy. Project will also have an impact to the participating organisations, mainly in the field of incerasing visibility of their projects and activities. The results of the project will be spread not only in Czech republic through the network of centres for leisure time, but also in every participating organisations.
