The writing of this project was born from the desire to align Liceul Tehnologic Baia de Fier (which has in its structure both preschool, primary, secondary and high school) to European standards ofperformance and to make of it a true European school. Nowadays learning possibilities are endless, borderless and immediate. People can learn and can gain new abilities and skills not only in the traditional classroom, but also, increasingly more out of it and in their own way. In the current context, in which economical and technological changes are rapidly producing, teachers are also facing with different transitions in their professional and academic life, which involve either crossing borders, alternation or combination of different professional, educational, continuing education or volunteering activities. As pressure increases over the employability and skills development, more open educational and training systems are needed , more flexible and better adapted to the needs and circumstances of students and workers. The main project objectives are: * use solutions / practical ideas to incorporate current technology in lessons ;* providing innovative tools and resources to promote student interest in their learning ;* the exchange of experience both in cooperative learning processes and collaboration , as well as creativity and innovation ;* sharing best practice methods of teaching and learning using ICT , enabling teachers to become confident and competent enough to create an interactive and collaborative classroom for their students ;* encourage students to take charge of their own learning using various ICT tools and to develop self-learning ability . In this project, ”A good world for our children" will be participed teachers who are actively involved in school activities and extracurricular activities, using modern techniques and methods of teaching. They are also assertive, both personally and professionally. Our project implementation will have a positive impact on students, teachers, institution, community, because it will motivate learning of modern languages, computer use, development of new attitudes towards different ethnic groups, thereby modeling of flexible and tolerant character to a better understanding between the local community and school steps, which will lead us to a new European dimension. The end products will be:* application filed A.N .;* leaflets and posters to present the project and the activities ;* articles published in newspapers ;* powerpoint presentation of the project;* powerpoint presentations and photo albums of the school, community , county and country that will present teachers of the relationship ;* final brochure that includes the results of the project and the most important products ;* web page design ;* support tools for achieving cultural and language training ;* activity reports and evaluation ;* europass documents obtained by teachers ;* exhibition of photographs on his return from school ;* handouts .
