Our project's main objective is to make trainers, working in FabLab, communicate, exchange and share their learning methods to face the best way possible their audience of learners and increase their professionalism.A FabLab is a place where 2D and 3D objects can be created in the DIY philosophy (Do It Yourself) framed by professionals, FabLab Managers. These FabLabs are equipped with 3D printer, laser cutting machine and CNC cutter.Tthe tangible result of this collaboration will be the creation of a job-depository: "3D printer operator job ". This repository will be broadcast on a large scale, will be free to access and will allow other trainers in FabLabs to rely on a document containing a definition of the profession, the key competencies associated with it, the requested transversal skills in order to exercise the profession and training units to ensure a comprehensive learning. The sub-objective of this project is to reach during the 2 years of the project, a hundred NEETS - young people who are neither in employment, education or training- with digital tools as a means of 'grip. These young people lost in the meanders of the world of work, are often left behind and their number increase dramatically in Europe. This public is difficult to reach through “classics” training offers. Succeding in bringing them into a FabLab and making them discover the possibilities its offers will make them understand they can create something with their own hands : a good way to restore their self-confidence. In addition, this discovery can turn for some to a professional project. Indeed, more and more companies, in many sectors, equip themselves with digital tools but have difficulty to find workforce. All project partners regularly welcome young people with the NEET profile, so they are at the source to hang these young people, train them and give them hope.
