The "Modern Agribusiness Management in Agriculture and agro-tourism" project is aimed to 48 students of 2nd and 3rd class, studying to become the Agribusiness Technician at the School of Veterinary in Łódź (province. Podlasie), Vocational School in Piotrkowice Małe (province. Małopolskie), School of Agronomic in Mińsk Mazowiecki (province. Mazowieckie) and the Vocational School in Goworowo (province. Mazowieckie).The basis of the project is to conduct a 14-day professional vocational training in Greece. The partner organization is the organization Georgikes Ekmetaleuseis from Greece, which specializes in organizing professional training in the subject of agribusiness. It It acquires the agritouristic farm and extensive contacts with agribusiness companies within the Olympic Riviera. Participation in the internship will give the students broaden theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in school, personal development opportunities and opportunities to benefit from the experience of highly qualified greek workers. Vocational training framework responds to the needs of local agricultural region, from which the students come and take into account the objectives and requirements of vocational education technique used in agribusiness.For the effective implementation of the project before the departure, students will attend the linguistic, cultural and psychological workshops.The project is adjusted to the contemporary challenges of agriculture and responds to the needs of the local labor market. The apprenticeships will be supporting entrepreneurial attitudes among young people, which will result in the future in creation their own businesses, agribusiness and agritourism farms, which are crucial for the development of these regions. Modern skills and competencies that students gain during vocational training, will allow them also to find their way in the labor market and increase their chances in the eyes of potential future employers.
