The objective of the project was to increase the professional competence: - 16 students of the B. Prusa Complex of Schools in Pultusk in the profession technician of nutrition and food services by organized a three-week work intership in Italy. - 16 students of the ZSZ. J. Ruszkowskiego in Pultusk in the profession IT (8 students) and technician economist (8 students) to organized a four-week work practice in Austria. Specific objectives and results of the project: - increased the ability to communicate in Italian and English language for 16 students - increased communication skills in German and English language for 16 students - received a certificate confirming participation in an internship abroad in Italy for 16 students - received a certificate confirming participation in the practice of foreign in Austria for 16 students - received a certificate Europass Mobility by 32 students - work experience in working in a company abroad for 16 students in the field of gastronomy, 8 students in computer science and 8 students in economics. Within the project 16 students from the Technical No. 1 in the ZSZ im. J. Ruszkowski in the profession: IT technician and technician economist had participated at the 4-week professional practice in Austria. The students had practice in: - Amadues Association (4 persons) - Chocolate's Bouitque (4 persons) - Salon de The Sussi (2 persons) - Madvertising (2 persons) - Golden Girls Filmproduktion GmbH & Filmservices (2 persons) - Spodd fashion GesmbH (1 person) - WAWA elektrotechnické (1 person) Within the project 16 students from the Technical No. 2 in the ZS im. B. Prusa in Pultusk in the profession techniques nutrition and food services had participated at the 3-week internship in Italy. All students had internship at Fattoria Biologica Patrice. Fattoria Biologica Patrice in the project was a partner i District of Pułtusk. Within the project was carried out the following activities: - 5 hours of pedagogical preparation - 15 hours of cultural preparation - 30 hours course in German / Italian language Long term benefits: - gained knowledge and skills and international experience in the field of gastronomy, computer science and economics, thanks to the work in foreign companies - Improved communication skills in English, including knowledge of specific vocabulary training - learned Italian / German language - a combination of theoretical knowledge with practical - Transfer to the local market skills acquired during the placement / internship - equalize opportunities for young people in rural areas, risk of unemployment in the European market - prepared young people for adult working life - provide students a successful start training participants through completing international practice / internship - finding an attractive job - increasing labor mobility - becoming independent - cheat confidence - increasing the sense of belonging to the European Community The impact of the project on participants for example: - Increasing the professional competence and language - Credit practices / professional experience - Increasing the knowledge and the culture and traditions of the host country - To acquire foreign contacts The impact of the project on pułtusk county and school for example: - Promotion of the district and schools - Increasing the attractiveness of school education in the fields of vocational The impact on the project partners for example: - Increasing the international dimension of the organization - Increase the attractiveness in the eyes of other potential partners
