Representatives of Tempus Futurum through projects that promote the development of professional skills of young people from rural areas want to create concepts of integrated tools to support young people in search of work.The idea of ​​the "new face of gastronomy-apprenticeships in Greece" is to realize the two-week apprenticeships high quality, having a real impact on increasing the skills of young participantsThe project will be attended by students from Secondary School Długosiodło, 26 people will be recruited.The criteria on which the selection of participants will be made mobility:Youth will hold a three-week internship checked by a partner organization and ultimately approved by the Board of Tempus Futurum eateries and hotels in the city of Larissa and around /Students will work 5 days per week, 6 hours a day - Review: diaries filled in the course of the internship signed by the representative of the apartment / hotel and the tutorThe project will:- Professional development of participants: some of the participants did not have too many opportunities (sometimes at all) to gather experience, and in particular abroad Participation in the project will allow them to broaden the knowledge of the functioning of the catering industry in rural areas on the example of greek companies Students observe, how they work, how to organize their work, with which the department consists of hotel and catering business
