The school is implementing the project because of the primary target of all its activities: achieving the highest level of teaching and education - so graduates woul have the opportunity to find good and well-paid job, or continue their education in reputable colleges. Project realisation will be consist of satisfying personal needs of participants: gaining professional knowledge and experience, foreign language skills and personal qualities that will enable to find work adequate to participants’ aspirations and needs.The main objective of the project is to increase participants’ opportunities on the labor market. This will be achieved through specific objectives:broadening participants’ skills required by the local and regional labor market.learning foreign language on the comunicative level,experiencing culture and customs of the host country.These objectives are consistent with the objectives of the Erasmus +:- Raising the level of key competences and skills, with particular emphasis on match to the labor market;- Expanding the international dimension of education and training;- Improving teaching and learning of languages and promoting linguistic diversity and increasing intercultural awareness within the EU.The project participants will be selected from students of 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade of Secondary Technical School, studying specializations: economics technician, hospitality technician, waiter, nutrition and food services technician and food technology technician. They will depart on a 3-week long internships to Italy and to Portugal. We are planning to create 6 groups of 20 trainees (accompanied by 2 representatives of the school)The project will bring the following soft results:- Gaining new knowledge and professional skills, increasing participants’ chances on the labor market;- Improving language skills;- Developing ability to use information and communication technologies;- Acquiring ability to work in international team;- Improving the professional and personal aspirations of participants- Increasing motivation for further learning,- Increase of duty and discipline;- Knowledge of the history, culture and customs of the host country;- Developing attitude of tolerance for different customs and behaviors;- Increasing prestige and attractiveness of the school.Hard results:- Undergoing by the participants internship preparation classes;- Receiving by the participants certificates of cultural and pedagogical preparation classes and certificates language course completion;- Receiving by the participants internship certificates and Europass Mobilitydocuments;Material products of the project:- Collection of photos taken by the participants;- Presentation outlining the project and its effects;- Materials gathered through evaluation of the project, for planning and implementation of similar projects in the future.The project will contribute to meeting personal needs of trainees: acquiring professional knowledge and work experience, foreign language skills and improving personal qualities that will enable them to find - after graduation - work matching their aspirations and needs.The project partners will expand knowledge and skills, gain new experiences useful in the development of international activities. Representatives of the partners, working on the project, will get to know people raised in different culture, which will contribute to an increase of their sensitivity to intercultural dialogue issues and diversity of customs and behaviors in other European countries.The school will gain new international experience, increase its prestige and popularity, which will improve recruitment. Change in the attitudes and skills of participants will encourage other students of the school to make effort to broaden their skills and gain, also during education, valuable work experience.
