New knowledge, new technology opportunities in vocational education! It means students and teachers improve their knowledge and skills. This project is addressed to a group of 60 students and a 15-person group of teachers. Planned a trip three groups of students after 20 people each and one 15-person group of teachers. Students will represent the following lines of technical and vocational education: - Technician of motor vehicles, - Technician of hairdressing services, - Motor vehicles mechanic , - Barber, - Plumber-Fitter of network, installation and sanitation. As far as the teachers are concerned – the participants will be teachers of industries: mechanical, hairdressing and heating contractor. We also plan to involve entrepreneurship teachers, teachers of foreign vocational language training and the school management. As far as students participants, they will be recruited from students who achieve required results in the field of studies, who also wish to broaden their knowledge and skills in the craft. We assume that students who will take part in this project the project will be open to new experiences, challenges but will also be sensible and caring about their own and others safety. The procedure of recruiting teachers will be based on some key factors such as work experience, professional achievements and the ability to use the gained knowledge and experience in work with the student. The main aims are: the acquisition of skills and knowledge: • Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems of motor vehicles; • Diagnosing and repairing components and assemblies of motor vehicles. • Organizing the service and repairs of motor vehicles; • Assessing the condition of the vehicles, determining the causes of failure and ways of repairing; • Repairs of motor vehicles; • Controlling the quality of the repairs; • Conducting the automotive services; • Performing hair treatments ; • Performing chemical treatments of hair; • Performing hair shearing; • Performing hair styling; • Design hairstyles; • Realization of works related to the construction and renovation of municipal networks; • Realization of works related to the installation and repair of sanitary installation all of the above competencies will allow to improve the performance of professional tasks already standing in front of an employee in the future improvement of: • Teamwork skills; • The ability to recognize their own educational needs and learning; • Abilities to communicate in their mother tongue and foreign languages; • interpersonal skills will enable an employee-to-be a better level of functioning in a group of workers • Improving theoretical knowledge in practice • the possibility to confront if the key competencies acquired during their studies in Poland are adequate to the requirements of the European market; • Knowledge of the possibility of participation in the European market; • Establishing contacts with German partners • Knowledge of the history and culture of the partner country, for teachers: • Knowledge of the German system of vocational training, • Knowledge of technical innovations in the sectors concerned by the project, • Knowledge of the German labor market, • Developing professional competence, social and linguistic During the project it is planned to undertake actions aimed at: • Detailing the schedule of stay and implementation of an internship with the host organization, • Signing relevant agreements with the host organization as well as with the • Ensuring transport, accommodation, insurance and all necessary materials to implement an internship for all the participants, • Linguistic and cultural preparation, • The organization of the Europass Mobility documents and documents related to ECVET • Promoting the effects and outcomes related to project implementation the local environment, • Ensuring the sustainability of the results. Due to the fact that the project is based on professional internships, it will be very important for the current evaluation of the project, therefore appropriate surveys will be prepared The analysis and solving problematic situations will be at the discretion of the representatives of the host organization, guardians of students and the project coordinator . We anticipate that the results will be: • Increasing students' knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering, hairdressing and installation, • Expanding the students’ knowledge of new techniques related to their profession, • Learning about the German system of vocational training-teachers • Learning about new forms and methods of work in vocational training in their respective industries-teachers • Improving language skills, professional and social competences of participants. The project implementation will positively influence the project participants, the school and the local environment, employers and institutions related to education.
