Project „NEW METHODS AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THE SMALL SCHOOL“ was divided to two years. Till 2014 primary school in Ujezd was not involved in any international project. This school is quite specific and special in its structure as there are only mixed age classes and one kindergarten class. Since February 2014 a new headmaster has been leading the school. Furthermore, the headmaster is and an English teacher too. The first aim of the project was to educate the headmaster in management skills, coaching and in teaching methodology which is mainly focused for new language methods and creativity in class. The second aim was to develop the teachers’ ability to speak English more fluently and bring new and modern methods to English lessons. All materials, which were for useful for sharing, were shared on new websites http://www.ludmilaplus.com . Only participant for three courses was the headmaster of the school. The project involved one language and methodology course in Ireland, in Dublin. The course was organized on the school CES. The Participant was partaken in a variety of classroom activities which promote analysis of language, had increased awareness of the link between language and culture and they had the chance to develop own knowledge of idiomatic and colloquial language. The participant had the opportunity to use this new language on a regular basis. The course „ Teaching and creativity in schools, inspired by Edward de Bono“ was in v Ljublan organized by group Primera. The course established basis for new techniques of creative thinking and taught participants how to structure and plan new projects orcommon school work. Topic „Strength based coaching“ explain basis for coaching in practical tailored examples which we share with other participants. The link is here: http://www.ludmilaplus.com/428511952 This project brought and generated new ideas as wll as increase awarness od effective international methods not only for head teacher and her colegues at the Horovice region. During the courses were established many useful contacts and relationships, which are used for the school to work with children in English and for school management. New techniques were presented for school teachers in small worshops and shared on websites and facebook. Passing the project we practicly showed to other indecisive teachers that Europe is not far away and Europeans are not strangers.
