Date du début: 17 juin 2014, Date de fin: 16 sept. 2014 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Since 1998, the Office for Youth is committed to the European partners (Germany, Poland) and Africa ( Senegal ) in the implementation of youth exchanges. 2014 marks 50 years of twinning with Frondenberg (Germany). it became important to seize this opportunity to develop a project beyond the 15 days of stay . Indeed Frondenberg implements festivities on 14 and 15 June 2014 and Bruay- buissière made the 2014 edition of the Flower Show September 20 and 21 the opportunity to celebrate 50 years of commitment . We have chosen these two moments as the beginning and end of our overall project. Both cities have similarities , all being mining lands passed. It is around this common issue that we work with around 40 young driver " we , the miners ' theme. Within the meaning of past work but also because they are young, civil minors, and they are European citizens of tomorrow. The French youth who participate in this project are mostly from priority neighborhoods in the City Policy Geography, they may face some difficulties of various kinds and may not have acquired the necessary key to understanding their environment (local, regional, national and European) . As explained in the project, the Germans are not "selected" in the same way in France . Time exchange will take place from July 26 to August 9 . 40 young people and their chaperones 6 (3 of each) will be accommodated at the Centre Amaury ( 59199 Hergnies ) converted into a natural space mining site. As indicated in the program of activities and the preceding paragraphs, a diverse range of actions is proposed : - Playtime ( for knowledge , cooperate , have fun !) - Time to explore its environment ( visiting sites showing the diversity of mineral conversion) - Reflection time to share their vision of their common history and discuss different approaches to support young people in building their personality and citizenship . - Free time because informal time are time rich exchanges, and free time is what a young person's most valuable to share. - Daily and final evaluation time . all the time is a source of acquisition and development of skills. We reach our goals if at the end of the stay the 2 groups are one.
