The overall aim of the project is to contribute to the development of the North Calotte with graduates from post-secondary vocational education with good knowledge of the region's countries. They should see it as natural to work in more than one country during their lives. This applies first and foremost in the region, but also internationally. Nordpraktik will enhance labor mobility within the group of students who graduate from post-secondary vocational education. The goal is to take advantage of the students' business ideas and stimulate entrepreneurship. After completion of the project one will have overall knowledge of the bottlenecks for increased internationalization of post-secondary vocational education and for increased business cooperation across borders.
