Kuusalu Secondary School will host one Volunteer from Iceland during school year 2015/2016 (service time 01.09.2015-31.07.2016). This activity is a part of a bigger school policy plan which aims to make school more international. This will be the first excperience to Kuusalu School to work with EVS and we looking forward to gain an international excperience. The Volunteer will be included in schools everyday activities and she/he will be working with several age groups. Both younger and elder students are involved. We will focus on Early School Leaving and are going to deal with Motivation to study and to learn. Organising free minutes, outdoor learning, sport and physical activities are just some keywords for the Volunteer pogram at Kuusalu School. The Volunteer will also join different acitivitites held in local community. She/he will be visible at local youth clubs and sport clubs. She/ he will be also at local kindergartens. We see it as a great potential to be more familiar with international programs. All participants get introduced and have change to excperience the Lifelong Learning Program.
