The Botoşani School Inspectorate (I.Ş.J. Botoşani) in Romania, aims to carry the mobility project "New approaches to school inspection in the European context. Strategies for preventing school failure ", in collaboration with the Rectorat de Nice (Academie de Nice), France, Erasmus +, Key Action 1, Training (VET ). The project will run for a period of one year, between October 1, 2014 - 30th of September 2015. In the project there is scheduled a training activity by placement that will be made by 10 school inspectors (and the General school inspector / the General School Inspector Deputy) at Rectorat de Nice, France, between 11 to 17 May 2015, seeking new inspection approaches for preventing school failure and increasing the students results. Romanian school inspectors will be able to participate with their French counterparts at specific school inspection activities in France and to address together the activity of school inspection within the Rectorat de Nice (Académie de Nice) and its subordinated units but also to develop collaborative relationships with the institution and with other educational institutions and training , including discussion and signing of a partnership agreement between I.Ş.J. Botoşani and Rectorat de Nice. Through this project, together with the French school inspectors, we aim to find examples of the best school inspection practices and the best methods and techniques used in schools for the counseling teachers and supporting students with the teaching- learning - evaluation process, so that the results of the educational process would be visible (by getting better results in school exams). The fight against school failure is a national priority in France and at the Rectorat de Nice (Académie de Nice). Many tools and devices are made available to teaching and educational teams and we believe that through this project, we will be able to approach from a new perspective the school inspection activity, aiming at the improvement of the educational process.
