Konya is the most important agrigulture centre and at the top of the agriculturel industry with its variety and amount of vegetal and zoic production ,consisting of angirulterel industry,young and qualified popularirty to employ,large territory for investors,regions having different climate and land specialities,strategic location and three vocational high school dealing with these subjects.To contribute our country’s development and reduce unemployment by increasing our competition force ,we need to decrease featureless labour and train labour on demands of the sectoral needs.Deficiency of labour, meeting the sectoral needs is one of the main unemployment problems that our country has.Depending on the economical development and vastness of agriculture and livestock in our country , considering this sector will grow and needs to compete on worlds agriculture it needs to form qualified vocational education by training qualified labour on demand on sectoral needs. In this case,these strategies for enchancing vocational and technical education become important. In parallel to changing information,technology,production technics and developments in business life,vocational and technical education is becoming more important with its dynamic form. This dynamic form needs to renewing education system ,technological substructure investments strengthening,following developments on World and cooperation with the stakeholders of labour market.Staff responsible for vocational and technical education,has decisive and pioner role on the studies hold for educate students accorting to their abilities, interests, the needs of society and the devoloping information and technology besides educate them as a good citizen and give the community as a qualified person .Due to these necessities,our Project was prepared for mobility on Sweden of the students and staff of the union of Turkish agriculture chambers as coordinator institution without sending aplicants,Konya Convince Food responsible for skills education of agriculture and zoic areas in our convince,agriculture and stockbreeding directorship and Celaleddin Karatay,Çumra Çatalhöyük,Suğla Seydişehir technical and vocational anatolian high school .Our methodology is that grant agreement will be signed,participants will be chosen by a clear,auditible and reliable selection,preparation meetings to satisfy our participants culturel,pedagogical and vocational needs and precautions for taking risks will be arranged.Subsequently, there will be mobilities on 6-20 may 2017 with 18 students and 3 companies,and on 2-12 july 2017 with 18 vocational education staff with the host of Sweden Farmers Federation,our Project partner which is the pioner instution of agriculture and stockbreeding,and having national and international activities in sweden,having full time vocational and technical education. After mobilities,dissemination activities will be done ot only in corporate but also in concorsium.Our project’s aim is that vocational education students and staff will get educated teoretically and practically on the subjects of education about the subjects like full time vocational and technical education activities about agriculture and livestock,environmentally friendly,sustainable,modern production techniques on agricaltural and stockbreeding production and transfer the gained information on EU standarts to vocational education and the sector - Providing vocational and personel development to vocational students and staff- Providing ideas about European citizenship by educational and culturel activities to applicants- Developing dialogues,cooperation and entrepreneurship on applicants and beneficiary institution- Reaching institutional capacity of beneficiary institution to run the partnership - Motivating of the other staff and students by observing the developments of our applicants- Raising Vocational education activities about agriculture andstockbreeding in our region to EU standarts- Educating vocational education students as intermediate members on demand of sectoral needs- Finding employment opportunities of newly graduate students and reducing unemployment problems- Increasing quality and production potantial of sector with qualified workers and contributing regions economy
