The project aims at broadening the European dimension of our school through rising the skills and qualifications of the teaching staff and administration. Its main objectives are familiarization with the latest European achievements in teaching, exchange of experiences with teachers from other countries, motivating students to self studying and self development, promoting tolarance for any dissimilarity and cultural variety within class and society and applying CLIL to teaching in our school. We chose the project’s coordinator who is responsible for organizing all the mobilities. The coordinator prepared the application to the National Agency. The coordinator will provide all the necessary assistance concerning documents, contracts with organizers, accommodation and journey for the trainings’ participants. After the project’s completion it will undergo evaluation. Twenty six participants from among the teachers of particular subjects, foreign languages and the school’s managing staff will be involved in the project. They have been recruited on the basis of the school’s European development plan, which will result in making our educational offer more attractive and competitive. All the participants are highly suitable for the prepared strategy and will fulfill its objectives with commitment.
