Project "Geman Best practice - Job Shadowing" is implemented by County Malbork / Job Office of County Malbork and German partner of the Association for promotion of employment and qualifications. Bad Freienwalde e.v (Verein zur Förderung von Beschäftigung und Qualifizierung Bad Freienwalde e.V.) Project is addressed to 12 employees of County Malbork Labor Office (CLO) working as customer career advisers/ Organisation of career path, and professional trainings. Also, employee working on strategic development of County Office. Participation in 5 days "Job shadowing" training in Germany, required to have German language skills on communication level. The main objectives of this project is to adjust conditions and methods of professional trainings by anticipate in changing work environment. Imposed Innovative professions training methods - dual way. To increase skills and competences employee of County Labor Office (CLO) (12 people in-charge) in order to properly identified CLO's customer needs. Proper's needs identification of customers Cunty Labor Office needs and adjust the they quality of work to the international standards. Project specific objectives related to target 12 employee of CLO:1. Possibility to acquire new knowledge and skills comes from "job shadowing" type of training. Realization by adjusting conditions and methods of professional trainings by anticipate in changing work environment on local job market.2. Empowering CLO employees with new working standards and tool for working with customers. Update CLO's catalog of services by new tools like new job preparation according to European standards. 3 Increasing knowledge of program's participants about tools and methods related to job advising, including increased knowledge concerning: identify customer needs, determining IPD and selection of appropriate measures. 4. Improving professional education system, by adjusting to European standards.5. Increasing intercultural awareness and European values experience. It will pay off in quality of work and increase employee's motivation to complete professional tasks.6. Increasing tolerance of employees for differences arising from cultural and age differences. which will results into direct cooperation with the customer.7. Increasing the consistency with job educational system by knowledge and best practice sharing related to labor market monitoring. 8. increasing adaptability of Malbork's COL workers in an international environment, including development of language skills and competence,9. Partner internationalization of institutions and the establish permanent cooperation, with idea to build a coherent professional job educational system for adults. Coherent system allowed adaptability to local economic situation, learn from European Standards, moreover employees participate in this program will have a chance participate and build international contact network. Project live time is 12 months. before departure 2 groups - (6 persons each) (10.17 r., 06.17 r.) will receive, certified by Europass Mobility educational, cultural and language training. Implementation of the project will bring significant results and will affect different groups of people:1/ Staff participating in the mobility program, through increased professional competence, language skills and increased motivation for further work. It will also influence personal development, by increasing communication, ability to initiative actions, entrepreneurship, openness, adaptability to new situations and increased mobility it self. 2/ Partner and their employees - by strengthening international cooperation and the promotion of the local host organization, as a reliable partner.3/ Applicant - through the development of sustainable tools and methods of cooperation, possible to use for other projects. By implementation of the new projects related to job training and labor market. Possibilities of introduction new instruments relater to adults job educational system, develop international cooperation, increased capability and professional capability of CLO and the last not least increased publicity of CLO as organization actively engaged in job vocational training.4/ Local job's market by increasing the quality of education.
