Nicer Atmosphere, Fewer Dropouts through Coaching Skills - NAFDOCS is a learning mobility of individualson school education - KA1- with two participating institutions; Araklı Saffet Çebi High School as the participating organization and Cervantes Training Institution as the trainer / receiver organization. Araklı Saffet Çebi High School has detected some areas at school which need to be improved and worked on a training schedule with the trainer organization. NAFDOCS aims to deal with students' attendence and success problems and solve them by changing teachers' attitudes and maintaining a beneficial and catching atmosphere. Main objectives are creating an alive, productive learning atmopshere with caring teachers where students like to be and reducing their tendency to drop out of education system. These two profound concepts will be achieved via sub-targets; helping trainees develop abilities to deal with stress and anxiety in students both personal and professional lives, creating strategies to eliminate aggressive behavior and peer bullying in school, identifying negative working atmosphere & transforming into a fertile one with the usage of Energy Psychology Techniques (EPT) & Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Attending a training in a European country and working with a European organization will help our school to observe and understand the very idea of internationalisation and European frame which will be the first and biggest step for Internationalisation in the area. Using English as the working language will help participants to foster English communication competences. This will also be a first-hand experience of European culture for the participants. Project will consist of an 12 day training in Spain and its preparation and activities' implementation phases. In order to prepare for the mobility, participants will take up a brief English course, basic IT supplement and a brief presentation on European Strategies in education. Current situation in school and former School Quality reports will be analyzed to understand status of school. During the training participants will learn how to be better teachers and administrators to guide students in pursuing successful career instead of dropping out of school system with the help of strategies and methods such as In-depth Instruction, Energy Psychology and Emotional Freedom Techniques and they will understand the dynamics of vivacious school environment as well. Participants will learn how to create a learning environment without aggressive and negative behaviours, stress and create an atmosphere full of encouragement. Participant teachers will be able to understand the students' emotional and mental state and react in an appropriate way which will lead to the reduction of conflicts in classroom. After the training phase, implementation of the project will consist of dissemination activities and application of experiences and competences to school system. 3 sets of questionnaires will be applied about assessing "students' perspectives on 'why they leave school'", "missing elements in current classrooms atmospheres" and "concrete suggestions on the ineffective school administration". Participants who have attended the training in Spain will be divided into teams. Each team will take one subject and prepare a workshop for school teachers and students. Workshops will include the current situation at school and the targeted goal for the school. Subjects will be on students psychology, school management, early school leaving, classroom applications, anxiety in teenagers, stress management in exams, enjoyable education methods and Energy Psychology Techniques (EPT) & Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Students will be assigned to interview dropout students from previous years and ask about their thoughts and suggestions which will help them to observe as a first hand experience. All the materials will be published online and an evaluation report will be written distributed to all schools in district and NGOs. As the final activity a 2 years' plan will be written to implement strategies acquired during the project process permanently. NAFDOCS will be concluded with a city-wide training activity whcih will target the teachers and NGOs on education on which the participants will transfer their competences and knowledge to the other people in education.
